The three bedrooms and a full bath are upstairs; the kitchen, dining room, and living room with a half bath are downstairs. Rooms are all great sizes with large closets both upstairs and downstairs. The apartment was built in 2004, so it has replacement windows, full insulation, high-efficiency furnace and everything else one would want in a three bedroom apartment. It's conveniently located near Berry Plastics, Main Street, and Downtown.
