We put our time into this one - a four bedroom, one bath home with a large upstairs playroom (that could be a fifth bedroom, if you so desired). We recently redid the interior of the home to make it more ergonomic and to improve the layout. Fresh paint and new floors (carpet and laminate) throughout. We also put in a brand new water heater. The home has replacement windows, washer/dryer hookups, and even comes with a dishwasher, which is super-handy for large families.
